Hosting an International Student --- Experience Real Cultural Exchange
We would like to welcome your family to our ever-growing international community. Hosting a young international student is a unique opportunity to share your way of life with an enthusiastic young person from another part of the word.
Without leaving your home, your family is about to learn more about another culture firsthand and leave a life-long impression on your special visitor. On a larger scale, your family, exchange student, and community are about to make an important step towards greater interaction and understanding between nations.
What you will get from being a host family:
- Exploring different culture
- Making new friends
- Monthly stipend
What you will provide:
- A safe and private bedroom suitably furnished
- 2 meals a day on school days and 3 meals a day during weekend and school holidays
- Necessary transportation
Who are the students:
- Boys and girls aged 14 and up
- Studying in US high schools in your community
- From Mainland China
- Yes, they speak English
How to become a host family:

- Meet with our local coordinator
- Get a matched with a student
